SeaPlanner Offshore Management System - Powered by Ascertra

We’re 2.5 years into our mission, since formation, of establishing a global platform business to provide solutions that release the power of information to help our clients successfully and safely deliver quality projects.

We know that “Information Powers Progress”. As part of this journey, we’ve worked to optimize cloud technologies so that our solutions perform at scale, with a SaaS framework that delivers value at a great velocity. Added to this, our IT and information security team has secured ISO27001 and SOC2 certifications to ensure we respect the trust of our clients’ information accessed using our applications.

Our growth in customer count across each of our 3 product lines, the addition of Ascertra office locations, and the extension of staff reach across multiple time zones are indicators of progress toward our goal.

The next phase is adding two additional product lines to our portfolio in 2025:

With that said, as of today, we’re happy to announce that Ascertra will assume control of the formerly named SeaRoc Group Limited company, now named Ascertra-SeaRoc Limited, so that our combined resources sustain current service levels to contracted customers and provide the SeaPlanner solution to the international renewables industry using the scale of the Ascertra business.

At Ascertra, SeaPlanner will join a portfolio of world-leading solutions that includes Coreworx for interface management, Mpower for project cost control, Proarc for engineering document management and control, and ProPeople HRIS software. Ascertra solutions already serve the offshore renewable energy market, providing natural synergies for SeaPlanner within Ascertra.

As we welcome the SeaRoc team into Ascertra, we are dedicated to keeping their deep industry knowledge in offshore management as a key part of our business. This expertise will help us maintain continuity and continue providing excellent service, innovative solutions, and strong support to our customers now and in the future.

With a unified product strategy, we will leverage our exceptional industry bench strength and existing IP to deliver greater value to our customers on a more accelerated timeline.
