Proarc Collaboration Room

Proarc Collaboration Room is an optional add-on for Proarc on-premise and online users. Proarc Collaboration Room is a cloud-based solution, hosted on the Microsoft Azure platform, that synchronizes documents and workflows with Proarc Online.
The flow between Online and Proarc Collaboration Room is workflow-based and is synchronized in real time. Suppliers or customers can be invited to work on specific documents as part of the defined process, e.g. documents for review, documents for approval, etc. Issue reason and due dates can be defined when documents are transferred. This avoids uncontrolled copies of documents circulating via email and controls external reviews on official document revisions.
Proarc Collaboration Room hosts a standard set of Proarc functionality including a full range of document interactions and workflow activities. Using configurable mappings, it automatically synchronizes document, workflow, and audit information with Proarc Online. The solution can also trigger workflows between both systems.
